English translation
The person who gave the authorisation or made the complaint has the right to withdraw it. Withdrawal shall be deemed a special pardon of the accused and shall be subject to its provisions.

لمن صدر منه الاذن او الشكوى حق العدول عن ذلك، ويعتبر العدول عفوا خاصا
