English translation
A civil claimant may join the person liable for civil damages in the action he brings before the criminal court or in the preliminary investigation. The person liable for civil damages may intervene of his own motion in the criminal proceedings at the trial stage or at the investigation stage, even if there is no civil claim. In both cases, the person liable for civil damages shall be considered a party joined with the accused in the criminal action.

يجوز للمدعي بحقوق مدنية ان يدخل المسئول عن الحقوق المدنية في الدعوى التي
يرفعها امام المحكمة الجزائية او في التحقيق الابتدائي، ويجوز للمسئول عن الحقوق
المدنية ان يتدخل من تلقاء نفسه في الاجراءات الجزائية في مرحلة المحاكمة او في
مرحلة التحقيق، ولو لم يكن هناك ادعاء مدني ويعتبر المسئول عن الحقوق المدنية،
في الحالتين، خصما منضما للمتهم في الدعوى الجزائية.Ask about this article
