English translation
No investigator or person with judicial authority may use torture or coercion to obtain statements from an accused person or witness, or to prevent him from stating what he wishes to disclose, during trial, investigation or inquiry proceedings. The perpetrator of any such act shall be punished under the provisions prescribed in the Penal Code.

لا يجوز لمحقق او لاي شخص ذي سلطة قاضية ان يستخدم التعذيب او الاكراه
للحصول على اقوال متهم او شاهد او لمنعه من تقرير ما يريد الادلاء به، اثناء
اجراءات المحاكمة او التحقيق او التحري، وكل عمل من هذا القبيل يعاقب مرتكبه
