English translation
If a judgment is rendered concerning a particular offence, and it subsequently becomes apparent that the acts constituting that offence constitute another offence because of new consequences resulting from them, proceedings may be instituted for the new offence if those consequences occurred after the first judgment was rendered, or occurred before it was rendered but the court was unaware of them.

إذا صدر حكم بشأن جريمة معينة، ثم تبين ان الأفعال المكونة لهذه الجريمة تكون
جريمة أخرى بسبب ما ترتب عليها من نتائج جديدة، جاز رفع الدعوى عــن
الجريمة الجديدة إذا كانت هذه النتائج قد حدثت بعد صدور الحكم الأول، أو
