English translation
All orders and acts undertaken by the police, the investigator, or the court concerning the proceedings in the case or the investigation may be challenged by a grievance either before the authority that issued them or before the court hearing the merits when considering the case, until a final judgment is rendered therein. Such a grievance shall not be considered an appeal and shall not be subject to any time limit or particular procedures. The authority to which the grievance is submitted is not obliged to determine it by a separate decision. The court's silence as to granting these grievances in its judgment on the merits shall be deemed an implicit rejection of them and an affirmation of the validity of the procedures challenged.
