Without prejudice to the procedures for service prescribed in Chapter Two of this Law ) Order to Appear (, the court or the investigator, as the case may be, may serve the order to appear by electronic mail, or by any modern means of communication capable of being retained and retrieved, in accordance with the rules set out in the Civil and Commercial Procedure Law.
