English translation
If the person giving the undertaking is not proven to have committed a crime punishable by imprisonment or a more severe penalty during the period of the undertaking, the undertaking shall expire and its effects shall cease.

إذا لم يثبت على المتعهد ارتكاب جريمة يعاقب عليها بالحبس او بأشد من ذلك في
