English translation
If the person refuses to sign the undertaking before the court that ordered it, or refuses to provide the personal surety or deposit the financial security within the time allowed, and the court finds that he has no excuse for that refusal, it may revoke the order for the undertaking and issue instead an order placing the person under police supervision for such period as it considers appropriate, not exceeding the period prescribed for the undertaking. If the court considers that the person has acceptable excuses, it may exempt him from the undertaking or alter its form as it considers appropriate. إذا رفض الشخص توقيع التعهد امام المحكمة التي أمرت به، أو إذا امتنع عــن
تقديم الكفيل الشخصي او ايداع التأمين المالي في المهلة التي اعطتهــا لـه ووحدت
المحكمة انه الا عذر له في هذا الامتناع، فلها ان تلغي الامر بالتعهد وان تصدر
بدلا منه امرا بوضع الشخص تحت رقابة الشرطة المدة التي تراها بحيث لا تزيد
على المدة التي كانت مقررة للتعهد. أما إذا رأت المحكمة ان لدى الشخص اعذارا
مقبولة، فلها ان تعفيه من التعهد، او ان تعدل شورته حسبما تراه.Ask about this article
