If the circumstances necessitating a preventive order change before its term expires, the person against whom it was issued may submit a grievance to the court that issued it, requesting exemption from it for the remaining period or amendment of its conditions to accord with the new circumstances.

للشخص الذي صدر ضده امر وقائي، إذا تغيرت الظروف التي استلزمته قبل
انتهاء مدته ان يقدم تظلما للمحكمة التي اصدرته طالبا اعفاءه منه في المدة الباقية،
