English translation
Police officers have the right to arrest in the following two cases: First: The presence of a person in a state of manifest intoxication, if he is unable to care for himself or poses a danger to others. Second: The presence of a gathering, altercation or quarrel in which insults, threats or an assault constituting an offence have occurred, or which threatens to develop into an assault constituting an offence that cannot be prevented except by arrest.

لرجال الشرطة حق القبض في الحالتين الآتيتين :
اولا : وجود شخص في حالة سكر بين، إذا كان غير قادر على العناية بنفسه او كان
خطرا على غيره.
ثانيا : وجود تجمهر او مشادة او مشاحنة وقع فيها سباب او تهديد او تعـد يـكـون
جريمة، أو ينذر بالتطور الى اعتداء يكون جريمة لا يمكن منعها الا بالقبض.Ask about this article
