English translation
The arrest warrant may provide for the release of the arrested person if he signs an undertaking to appear accompanied by security specified in the warrant. The person charged with executing the warrant shall release the person sought for arrest if he submits to him the undertaking on the conditions specified in the warrant, and shall send the undertaking to the person who issued the warrant, signed by the person who executed it.

يجوز ان ينص في امر القبض على اخلاء سبيل المقبوض عليه إذا وقع تعهدا بالحضور
مصحوبا بضمان يحدد في الأمر. وعلى المكلف بتنفيذ الامر ان يخلى سبيل المطلوب
القبض عليه إذا قدم له التعهد بشروطه التي حددها الأمر، ويرسل التعهد الى من
