English translation
The investigator may arrest or order the arrest of an accused person against whom serious indications supporting the accusation exist. He also has the right of arrest in all cases in which this right is vested in police officers.

للمحقق ان يقبض او يأمر بالقبض على المتهم الذي قامت على اتهامه دلائل جدية،
