Article 67 of Code of Criminal Procedure and Trials

Arrest warrants shall be enforceable throughout Kuwait and its dependencies and on all vessels flying the flag of Kuwait, whenever issued by the investigator in respect of an offence within his jurisdiction. The person charged with executing an arrest warrant may arrest the accused outside his territorial jurisdiction, provided that he presents him to the investigator within whose jurisdiction he was apprehended immediately upon his arrest, to ascertain that he is the person sought for arrest. The investigator may send the warrant by post or by any other means to the investigator within whose territorial jurisdiction it is intended to be executed, so that he may execute the warrant himself or charge another person with its execution.
