English translation
A person, his dwelling or his correspondence may be searched by the investigator or on his order, to seize objects used in the crime, resulting from it or related to it, whenever the necessity of the investigation so requires and no other means of obtaining them exists.

يجوز تفتيش الشخص او مسكنه او رسائله بمعرفة المحقق او بأمر منه، لضبط
الاشياء التي استعملت في الجريمة، او نتجت عنها ، او تعلقت بها، متى استلزمت
