A search of dwellings consists of entering them and searching therein for an object or trace that benefits the investigation or is necessary for it. The person searching the dwelling may search for the objects sought for seizure in all parts of the dwelling, its appurtenances and contents.

تفتيش المساكن يكون بدخولها والبحث فيها عن شيء أو إثر يفيد التحقيق او يلزم
له، وللقائم بتفتيش المسكن ان يبحث عن الاشياء المطلوب ضبطها في جميع اجزاء
