English translation
Dwellings must be searched by day and after seeking permission from the occupants of the place. Entry at night or without seeking permission is not permissible unless the offence is flagrante delicto or the investigator finds that urgent circumstances require it. The owner or occupant of the premises must enable the person conducting the search to enter and facilitate his task. If he refuses or resists entry, the person conducting the search may forcibly enter the dwelling and use the force necessary for entry, even by breaking doors, climbing or similar means, as the circumstances require.
