English translation
The person conducting the search—whether the investigator or another person—may enlist those whose assistance he needs while carrying it out, whether they are members of the general police, artisans, or other professionals or experts, provided that they perform their work in the presence of the person conducting the search and under his supervision and responsibility.

للقائم بالتفتيش - سواء كان المحقق او غيره - ان يستعين بمن تلزم له معونتهم
اثناء قيامه بتنفيذه، سواء كانوا من رجال الشرطة العامة، او الصناع او غيرهم من
ذوي المهن او الخبراء، بشرط ان يكون قيامهم بعملهم في حضور القائم بالتفتيش
