Movable property, except correspondence, shall not enjoy inviolability if it does not pertain to the dwelling or the person. If the investigator considers it necessary for the investigation of a particular case or for taking a measure concerning it, he may issue a separate order for its seizure or seize it himself.

الاموال المنقولة، فيما عدا الرسائل، لا تتمتع بالحرمة إذا لم تكن تابعة للمسكن او
الشخص. وإذا رأى المحقق لزومها للتحقيق في قضية معينة او لاتخاذ اجراء بشأنها،
