English translation
The investigator may issue a decision to seize things that he examines, whether their possessor presented them voluntarily or in execution of an order issued by the investigator pursuant to Article 77, whenever he finds that they are necessary for deciding the case he is investigating.

الاشياء التي يطلع عليها المحقق، سواء قدمها حائزها من تلقاء نفسه او تنفيذا
لأمر اصدره المحقق طبقا للمادة ٧٧ يجوز للمحقق ان يصدر قرارا بضبطها، متى
