English translation
Items ordered to be seized shall remain seized for as long as they are necessary for the investigation or the determination of the case. Anyone objecting to the seizure of items or their remaining seized, whether the objector is the person from whom the item was seized or another person, may submit Law Index 187 Home Page Law of Procedures and Partial and Criminal Trials Law No. 17 of 1960 Promulgating the Criminal Procedure and Trials Law a grievance to the president of the Court of First Instance or his substitute. The president of the court shall determine this objection after examining the investigation papers and hearing the statements of the complainant.

تبقى الاشياء التي صدر قرار بضبطها مضبوطة طالما كانت لازمة للتحقيق او
للفصل في القضية. ولمن له اعتراض على ضبط الاشياء او على بقائها مضبوطة
سواء كان المعترض هو من ضبط لديه هذا الشيء او كان شخصا آخر، ان يرفع
تظلما الى رئيس المحكمة الكلية او من يقوم مقامه ويفصل رئيس المحكمة في هذا
