If the trial court does not order the confiscation of the seized objects or their return to a specified person other than the person from whom they were seized, the investigator must, immediately upon final determination of the case, order their delivery to the person from whom they were seized. If the objects cannot be delivered to the person entitled to them, and no one claims them within one year from the conclusion of the case, these objects shall become State property. إذا لم تحكــم محكمــة الموضــوع بمصــادرة الاشــياء المضبوطــة او بردهــا الى شــخص مــعين
غير مــن ضبطــت لديــه، وجــب على المحقــق بمجــرد الفصــل النهائــي في القضيــة ان يأمــر
بتســليمها الى مــن ضبطــت لديــه. وإذا لم يمكــن تســليم الاشــياء الى صاحــب الحــق فيهــا،
ولم يطالــب بذلــك أحــد في ظــرف ســنة واحــدة مــن انتهــاء القضيــة، فــإن هــذه الاشــياء
تصبــح ملــكا للدولــة.
