If the seized item has no known owner and no one has claimed it, the investigator or the court may order that it be advertised in the manner deemed appropriate and call upon anyone claiming a right in it to appear and submit supporting evidence for his claims.

إذا كان الشيء المصبــوط لم يعــرف لــه صاحــب ولم يطالــب بــه أحــد، جــاز للمحقــق او
للمحكمــة ان تأمــر بــالإعلان عنــه بالطريقــة التــي تراهــا، وتطالــب مــن يدعــي حقــا فيــه
