English translation
The expenses of maintaining seized objects shall be paid from the State Treasury, provided that the person to whom delivery of the seized objects is ordered, or the person whom the court obliges to do so, shall be required to repay them. If it becomes apparent to the investigator that the seized objects are liable to deterioration, or that their maintenance expenses are excessive or disproportionate to their value, he may sell them and deposit their price in the court treasury. The price shall take their place with regard to the provisions governing seizure.

نفقات صيانة الاشياء المضبوطة تدفع من خزانة الدولة، على ان يلزم بسدادها من
يصدر الأمر بتسليم المضبوطات اليه او من تلزمه المحكمة بذلك. وإذا تبين للمحقق
ان الاشياء المضبوطة معرضة للتلف، او ان نفقات صيانتها باهظة اولا تتناسب مع
قيمتها، جاز له بيعها وايداع ثمنها في خزانة المحكمة، ويحل الثمن محلها فيما يتعلق
