English translation
If there are veiled women in the dwelling and the purpose of entry is neither to apprehend nor to search them, the person conducting the search must observe the customary traditions in dealing with them, enable them to veil themselves or leave the dwelling, and provide them with the necessary facilities for that purpose insofar as this does not prejudice the interests or outcome of the search.

إذا كان في المسكن نساء محجبات، ولم يكن الغرض من الدخول ضبطهن ولا تفتيشهن،
وجب على القائم بالتفتيش ان يراعى التقاليد المتبعة في معاملتهن، وان يمكنهن من
الاحتجاب أو مغادرة المسكن، وان يمنحهن التسهيلات اللازمة لذلك مما لا يضر
