Article 26 of Juveniles Law

Without prejudice to any other more severe penalty prescribed by law, anyone who exposes a juvenile to any situation of delinquency, prepares him for it, assists or incites him to pursue it, or facilitates it for him in any manner, even if the situation of exposure to delinquency does not actually materialize, shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years. The penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding five years if the accused uses means of coercion or threats against the juvenile, is one of his ascendants or caregivers or is responsible for his upbringing or supervision, or if the juvenile has been entrusted to him pursuant to law, or if he is a servant of any of the aforementioned persons. In all cases, if the crime is committed against more than one juvenile, even at different times, the penalty shall be imprisonment for a term not exceeding seven years.
