Article 24 of Juveniles Law

The Juvenile Court may, in all cases, whether on its own initiative or at the request of Law Index 345 Home Page Juveniles Law Law No. 111 of 2015 concerning Juveniles the Juvenile Prosecution or the Juvenile Welfare Committee, issue a decision requiring the person responsible for the care of a delinquent juvenile or a juvenile at risk of delinquency to attend the courses organized by the Social and Psychological Service Office. The court shall determine the duration of the course after obtaining the opinion of the probation officer, in accordance with the times he specifies. The person responsible for care who, without an acceptable excuse, fails to attend the aforementioned seminars or courses shall be punished by a monetary fine of not less than five hundred dinars and not more than one thousand dinars.
