Article 22 of Juveniles Law

The court may, after reviewing the reports submitted to it by the probation officer in accordance with Article 19, or at the request of the Juvenile Prosecution, the Juvenile Welfare Committee, the juvenile himself, or the caregiver, order the termination of the measure, modification of its regime, or its replacement, with due regard to the provision of Article 14 of this Law. If this request is rejected, it may not be renewed until at least three months have elapsed from the date of its rejection. The judgment issued in this regard shall not be subject to appeal.
