English translation
If the juvenile violates the terms of the measure imposed upon him pursuant to any of items 3, 4, 5, and 6 of Article 5 of this Law, the court may, after hearing his statements, order the duration of the measure to be extended by no more than half the maximum prescribed for it, or replace it with another measure consistent with the juvenile’s condition.

إذا خالف الحدث حكم التدبير المفروض عليه بمقتضى أحد البنود ٣ و ٤ و ٥ و ٦
من المادة ٥ من هذا القانون، فللمحكمة بعد سماع أقواله أن تحكم بإطالة مدة
التدبير بما لا يجاوز نصف الحد الأقصى المقرر له أو أن تستبدل به تدبيرا آخر
