Article 20 of Juveniles Law

The person responsible for care shall notify the probation officer in the event of the juvenile's death, illness, change of residence or absence without permission, as well as any other contingency affecting him, within two weeks from the date on which he learns thereof. This responsible person shall be punished for failure to notify within the time limit by a fine not exceeding one thousand dinars.
