English translation
Except for parents, grandparents, or spouses, anyone who conceals a juvenile ordered to be handed over to a person or an entity pursuant to the provisions of this Law, induces him to flee, or assists him in doing so shall be punished by imprisonment for a term not exceeding three years and a fine of not less than two hundred dinars and not exceeding one thousand dinars, or by either of these two penalties.

فيما عدا الأبوين أو الأجداد أو الأزواج، يعاقب بالحبس مدة لا تزيد على ثلاث
سنوات وبغرامة لا تقل عن مائتي دينار ولا تزيد على ألف دينار أو بإحدى
هاتين العقوبتين كل من أخفى حدثًا حكم بتسليمه لشخص أو لجهة طبقا
