English translation
Visits to a convicted juvenile shall take place in one of the places designated for visits within the penal institution. These visits may not be prohibited for any reason relating to his conduct within the institution. A decision shall be issued by the Minister of Social Affairs and Labour regulating the rules and circumstances of visits to juveniles.

المؤسسة العقابية، ولا يجوز منع هذه الزيارات لأي سبب يتعلق بسلوكه داخل
المؤسسة.
ويصدر قرار من وزير الشؤون الاجتماعية والعمل بتنظيم قواعد زيارة الأحداث
