English translation
The jurisdiction of the Juvenile Court shall be determined by the place where the offence occurred or where one of the situations of exposure to delinquency existed, or by the place where the juvenile was apprehended or where he, the person responsible for his care, his testamentary guardian or his mother resides, as the case may be.

يتحدد اختصاص محكمة الأحداث بالمكان الذي وقعت فيه الجريمة أو توافرت
فيه إحدى حالات التعرض للانحراف أو بالمكان الذي ضبط فيه الحدث أو
