English translation
Appeals against judgments issued by the Juvenile Court shall be heard before one or more appellate circuits designated for that purpose at the Court of First Instance. The appellate circuit shall be constituted under the presidency of a counsellor and two other members, each of a rank not lower than deputy president of a court. The court shall be assisted by two social work experts, at least one of whom shall be a woman, provided that neither has previously participated in hearing the case at its first stage.

يكون استئناف الأحكام الصادرة من محكمة الأحداث أمام دائرة استئنافية أو
أكثر تخصص لذلك بالمحكمة الكلية.
وتشكل الدائرة الاستئنافية برئاسة مستشار وعضوين آخرين كل منهما بدرجة
لا تقل عن وكيل محكمة.
ويعاون المحكمة خبيران من الإخصائيين الاجتماعيين يكون أحدهما من النساء
على الأقل على ألا يكون أي منهما قد سبق له الاشتراك في نظر الدعوى في مرحلتها
