English translation
Judgments issued by the Juvenile Court may be appealed, except for judgments ordering that the juvenile be handed over to his parents or to the person having guardianship over him, which may not be appealed except on grounds of an error in the application of the law, invalidity of the judgment, or invalidity in the proceedings that affected it.

يجوز استئناف الأحكام الصادرة من محكمة الأحداث، عدا الأحكام التي تصدر
بتسليم الحدث لوالديه أو لمن له الولاية عليه، فلا يجوز استئنافها إلا لخطأ في
