Article 46 of Juveniles Law

The Juvenile Court may, upon the request of the Juvenile Prosecution, suspend all or some of the powers of the person responsible for the juvenile's care in the following circumstances: 1- If a final judgment is rendered against the person responsible for care for a crime of rape, indecent assault, adultery or a crime involving dishonour and breach of trust, or imposing imprisonment for any crime. - If he endangers the juvenile's health, safety, morals or upbringing through ill-treatment or as a result of being known for corrupt conduct. 3- If a judgment is rendered placing the juvenile in a social care home pursuant to the provisions of this Law. If the Court orders a restriction of care pursuant to the preceding paragraph, it shall entrust the exercise of the care rights of which it has deprived the person responsible for care to one of his other relatives, a trustworthy person or the social care home in which the juvenile is placed.
