English translation
If the court considers that the juvenile's physical, mental or psychological condition requires his examination before deciding the case, it shall order that he be placed under observation in a suitable place for the period necessary for that purpose, and proceedings in the case shall be stayed until this examination is completed.

إذا رأت المحكمة أن حالة الحدث البدنية أو العقلية أو النفسية تستدعي فحصه
قبل الفصل في الدعوى، قررت وضعه تحت الملاحظة في أحد الأماكن المناسبة
