English translation
The President of the Juvenile Court, or either of the court's two experts whom he deputizes, shall visit observation homes, juvenile social care institutions, vocational rehabilitation centers and institutes, specialized treatment hospitals and other entities concerned with juveniles at least once every three months, and shall order such measures as he deems necessary in the juvenile's interest.

يقوم رئيس محكمة الأحداث أو من ينيبه من خبيري المحكمة بزيارة دور
الملاحظة ومؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية للأحداث ومراكز ومعاهد التأهيل
المهني والمستشفيات العلاجية المتخصصة وغير ذلك من الجهات المعنية بالأحداث
وذلك كل ثلاثة أشهر على الأقل، ويأمر باتخاذ ما يراه لازما من الإجراءات
