English translation
A delinquent juvenile sentenced to imprisonment may be conditionally released if the juvenile has served half of the sentence imposed and the reports prepared concerning the juvenile by the Social Supervision and Aftercare Office anticipate that the juvenile's conduct after release will be good. Conditional release shall be for the remaining period of the sentence. يجوز الإفراج تحت شرط عن الحدث المنحرف المحكوم عليه بالحبس وذلك إذا
كان قد أمضى نصف المدة المحكوم بها عليه، ومتى كانت التقارير الموضعــة عنه،
بمعرفة مكتب المراقبة الاجتماعية والرعاية اللاحقة، تتوقع أن يكون سلوكه بعد
الإفراج عنه حسنا ويكون الإفراج تحت شرط المدة الباقية من العقوبة.
