English translation
An application for conditional release shall be submitted to the Juvenile Prosecution by the juvenile or the person responsible for his care. The Prosecution shall verify that the conditions provided for in the preceding Article are satisfied in light of the reports submitted by the penal institution concerning the convicted juvenile, and may place this juvenile under the supervision of the competent probation officer.

يقدم طلب الإفراج تحت شرط إلى نيابة الأحداث من الحدث أو من متولي
رعايته، وتتحقق النيابة من توافر الشروط المنصوص عليها في المادة السابقة على
ضوء التقارير المقدمة من المؤسسة العقابية عن الحدث المحكوم عليه، ولها أن
