English translation
The validity of the contract requires that the capacity of the contracting parties continue until completion of the contract between them. If one of them makes the offer and then becomes insane or loses one of the grounds of capacity, the acceptance of the other shall not be valid.

يشترط في صحة العقد بقاء أهلية المتعاقدين إلى نهاية إكمال العقد بينهما، فلو أنشأ
