The wording of acceptance need not correspond to the wording of the offer; rather, the offer is valid in one wording and the acceptance in another. Article (15(1) Authentication of a marriage contract requires the presence of two Muslim, adult, sane, male witnesses. A claim of marriage is established by evidence or by the acknowledgment of both parties. Authentication of a marriage contract or ratification thereof is prohibited for anyone who has not attained eighteen years of age at the time of authentication.
