English translation
If he pronounces divorce under duress and then subsequently consents to it and ratifies it, that shall not render it valid; rather, it shall also be void, unlike a marriage contract entered into under duress, which shall be valid if followed by consent and ratification.

لو أوقع الطلاق مكرها ثم رضي بعد ذلك وأجازه لم يفد ذلك في صحته، بل يكون
باطلا ايضا على خلاف عقد الزواج المكره عليه ، فإنه إذا تعقبه الرضا والإجازة
