English translation
If the husband returns after completion of the inquiry process and the expiry of the 4 years, then, if his return is before the divorce, she is his wife; and if his return is after the divorce and after she has married, he has no claim over her.

لو جاء الزوج بعد إكمال عملية الفحص وانقضاء الأربع سنوات، فإن كان مجيئه
قبل الطلاق فهي زوجته، وإن كان مجيئه بعد الطلاق وبعد أن تزوجت فلا سبيل
