English translation
Regarding the aforementioned provisions, no distinction shall be made among missing persons between a traveler, a fugitive, and one who was in a battle, on a ship that sank, or otherwise, without his death being known.

لا فرق في المفقود فيما ذكر من الأحكام بين المسافر والهارب ومن كان في معركة
