English translation
The waiting period of up to four years begins only when her matter is brought before the judge. The period that elapsed before her matter was brought before him shall not be counted as part of the four years.

بدء التربص إلى أربع سنوات إنما هو من حين رفع أمرها إلى القاضي، ولا تحسب
