English translation
If he bequeaths one third of what he leaves, then bequeaths something intending it to come from the heirs' two thirds, the second bequest shall also be valid if they approve it; otherwise, it shall be void.

إذا أوصى بثلث ما تركه ثم أوصى بشيء وقصد كونه من ثلثي الورثة فإن أجازوا
