English translation
For a bequest to take effect, it is not required that the testator intend it to be from the third that the Lawgiver has allotted to him. Thus, if he bequeaths a specific asset, for example, without attending to that, and it is equal to or less than that amount, the bequest shall be valid.

لا يشترط في نفوذ الوصية قصد الموصي كونها من الثلث الذي جعله الشارع له
