English translation
The mandatory bequest shall take precedence over other bequests. If the deceased did not make a bequest to those entitled to the mandatory bequest and made bequests to others, each person entitled to the mandatory bequest shall be entitled to the amount of his share from the remainder of the third of the estate if it suffices; otherwise, from that remainder and from what was bequeathed to others.

الوصيــة الواجبــة مقدمــة على غيرهــا مــن الوصايــا. فــإذا لم يــوص الميــت لمــن وجبــت لهــم
الوصيــة وأوصى لغيرهــم، اســتحق كل مــن وجبــت لهــم الوصيــة قــدر نصيبــه مــن باقــي
