English translation
It is a condition of the bequeathed property that it not exceed one-third. If a person bequeaths more than that, it shall be void except with the heir's approval. If some heirs approve and others do not, it shall take effect in the share of the approving heir but not that of the other. If they approve some of the bequeathed property and reject the rest, it shall be valid as to what they approved and void as to the rest.

يشترط في الموصى به أن لا يكون زائدا على الثلث فإذا أوصى بما زاد عليه بطل إلا
مع إجازة الوارث، وإذا أجاز بعضهم دون بعض نفذ في حصة المجيز دون الآخر،
