English translation
There is no distinction between a will being made while the testator is suffering from an illness other than the illness in which he dies and its being made while he is in good health, nor between the heir being rich and being poor.

لا فرق بين وقوع الوصية حال مرض الموصي في غير المرض الذي يموت فيه،
